The Committee noted the letter and the third annual report from the President of Welsh Tribunals and, in private, agreed to invite the President of Welsh Tribunals to a scrutiny session at the earliest convenient opportunity.

The Committee noted the written statement.

8 Briefing note on international agreements
The Committee considered the following international agreements:
· UK/Albania: Readmission of Persons;
· UK/Portugal: Agreement regarding the Employment of Members of the Family forming part of the Household of Diplomatic Missions;
· UK/Antigua & Barbuda: establishing a Maritime Boundary between Anguilla and Antigua and Barbuda;
and agreed to consider its draft report on the agreements at the next meeting.
